PRESENT POSITION and WORK EXPERIENCE

In June 2011 she is the winner of the matriculation competition for the Anesthesia resuscitation and intensive care school at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, at the Umberto I hospital.

From September to October 2012 she did a training internship in Benin at the San Jean de Dieu Fatebenefratelli Hospital in the Tanguietà village.

In January 2014, he completed a one-month training internship in Guatemala with the “Sulla Strada” association at an Italian hospital run by the same association.

From October 2014 to March 2015 he carried out a semester training course in Clinical Ultrasound in Emergency and in ultrasound for vascular access and peripheral nerve blocks at the S.C. Emergency Medicine and Surgery of the United Hospitals of Pinerolo and the UOC of anesthesia and resuscitation 5, City of science and health, CTO hospital unit.

I voluntarily attended the operating theater and intensive cardiac surgery room of the European Hospital located in Rome during the university period together with university training commitments.

Carrying out of emergency activities on the territory on medical assistance (ambulance) and 118 still in progress.

From September to December 2015, internship in pediatric and neonatal anesthesia and intensive care at the Meyer Pediatric Hospital in Florence.

From January 2016 to April 2016 I attended for a period of two weeks a month the operating room and intensive cardiac surgery of Maria Cecilia Hospital, directed by Dr. Massimiliano Conte.

Throughout the specialization course he alternated with the other surgical branches the Cardiac Anesthesia and Intensive Care in Cardiac Surgery; Dpt Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Nephrological, Anesthesiological and Geriatric Sciences; Sapienza University of Rome, directed by Prof. Luigi Tritapepe, where he carried out the Specialization Thesis with the title “Venous Return Modulation during Extracorporeal Circulation. Role of catecholaminergic drugs ”, of which speaker is prof. Luigi Tritapepe.

Currently a surgeon specialist in Anesthesia Resuscitation and Intensive Care in “La Sapienza”, University of Rome. Title obtained June 27, 2016, with vote 70/70 and praise.

From 11 July 2016 to 12 October 2016 she received a permanent contract as an anesthesiologist in Mater Dei Hospital – CBH, located in Bari in the intensive care and anesthesia UOC of Cardiac Surgery and other surgical branches.

From 16 to 24 October she participated in a pediatric humanitarian mission for the NGO “Emergenza Sorrisi”, intervening on children suffering from cleft lip and palate and burns.

From 1 November 2016 to 31 August 2017 she worked at IRCCS Policlinico San Donato Milanese as an Anesthesiologist in the cardiovascular operating block directed by dr. M. Ranucci, pediatric cardiovascular intensive directed by Dr. G. Isgrò, adult cardiovascular intensive directed by dr. A. Ballotta.

From 16 to 24 February 2017 she participated as an anesthesiologist in a pediatric humanitarian mission for the “Emergenza Sorrisi” NGO, intervening on children suffering from cleft lip and palate and burns.

From 04 to 12 April 2017 she participated as an anesthesiologist in a pediatric humanitarian mission for the “Emergenza Sorrisi” NGO, intervening on children affected by cleft lip and burns.

From September 1, 2017 to May 2, 2018, as the winner of a competition with permanent employment with a medical manager – anesthesia and intensive care discipline, at the University Hospital of Padua in the multidisciplinary multi-specialty department.

From 03 May 2018 in progress, as the winner of a competition with permanent employment with a position as Medical Director in Anesthesia and Intensive Care Discipline, at the University Hospital Sant’Orsola  Malpighi in the Cardio-Thoraco-Vascular department.

From November 2017 to September 2018 enrolled in the II level master in Pediatric Cardiology, which he performed at the University of Padua, pediatric cardiology department.

From 18 to 28 January 2019 she participated as an anesthesiologist in a pediatric humanitarian mission for the “Emergenza Sorrisi” NGO, intervening on children suffering from cleft lip and palate and burns.

From 9 to 28 Octobrer 2019 she participated as an anesthesiologist in a pediatric and adult humanitarian mission for “Amici di Ampasilava ONLUS”, intervening on children and adults suffering from obstetrician and generale surgery patologies.

RESEARCH ACTIVITY

During the period of the elective internship, the preparation of the Degree Thesis and the post-degree attendance, he actively participates in the scientific and research activity of the University of Anesthesia, Resuscitation, Pain Medicine, Hyperbaric Medicine, directed by Prof. Consalvo Mattia, SAPIENZA University of Rome, Faculty of Pharmacy and Medicine, Polo Pontino.

It is particularly concerned with data collection for clinical studies on the following topics:

• Intra-operative monitoring of cerebral saturimetry
• Chronic pain and comorbidity
• Drugs for chronic pain from bone metastases
• Toxicity of local anesthetics

This research activity leads to the creation of 5 printed publications in national and international scientific journals.

He participated in the SUPERNOVA study: A Strategy of UltraProtective lung ventilation With Extracorporeal CO2 Removal for New-Onset moderate to ARDS, conducted in the Resuscitation Center of “La Sapienza” University of Rome, Policlinico Umberto I.
