Educational Grant Application

We are pleased to announce that we have been offered some educational grants from industry to support the event.
Those grants are subjected to certain criteria.

Noema, as the PCO of Bologna Heart Surgery Symposium, adheres to the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice which sets strict, clear and transparent rules for the industry’s relationship with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organisations (HCOs), including support to independent medical education via grants. SELECTION CRITERIA

Noema reports some selection criteria that will be considered as preferential with respect to the acceptance of the request:

Profession: Medical Surgeons

Place of origin: Europe

In compliance with the provisions of the MedTech Europe, Noema will in no case (even at the end of the event) communicate the names of the selected HCPs to the sponsors, or communicate to the selected HCPs the name of the Company thanks to whose contribution their presence at the Congress was financed.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE EDUCATIONAL GRANT:

Registration fee – category Physician

Conference dinner on October 28

Accommodation booked by Noema – up to 2 nights maximum (IN October 27 OUT October 29), in a hotel chosen by Noema.

Travel by flight/train booked or refunded by Noema – effective price up to EUR 450,00 maximum.
