Malakh Shrestha is currently professor of surgery and director of aortic surgery at the Mayo Clinic Rochester Minnesota. He is also the diameter of the Mayo clinic aortic center. He completed his cardiac surgery residency from Hannover Medical School Germany. Before he moved to the Mayo Clinic, he was professor of cardiac surgery and vice chairman of the Department of Cardiothoracic transplantation and vascular surgery at the Hanover Medical School.
